March 24, 2020
I hope this letter finds you and your family well during these unprecedented times. Everyone in the Toddler Tech family remains healthy and we hope that continues. As you are aware Governor DeWine issued a closure of childcare centers at the close of business on Wednesday March 25th. As the safety and health of our staff and their families is our top priority, we have made the very hard decision to not open as a pandemic sight at this time. As a pandemic sight we would only be able to care for families who are considered “Essential Employees”.
We have spent the last week working on budgets and have cut every non-essential expense – however by far our greatest expense is our staff salaries and benefits. We will utilize every resource made available by our Government to help take care of them during this time of closure.
Toddler Tech has been in business for almost 35 years. Though it won’t be easy, we are certain we will come through this and will re-open as soon as we are authorized to do so. In the meantime, look for regular communication from the office and our caring staff though our FB page and Remind. We look forward to having your children back and hope that the time goes quick!
As stated previously, accounts will not be billed during the closure. Look for information regarding re-enrollment as soon as we are given a final date to re-open.
We will be going into the center 1-2 times per week to take care of bills etc. We have voice mail that you may leave a message on or send us messages through Remind. If anyone in your family has been in Toddler Tech and is diagnosed with COVID-19, please inform the center immediately so that we can inform our staff and families.
We would like to say thank you for supporting us and we look forward to seeing everyone VERY SOON! Wishing our families good health, strength and peace during these very difficult times. Please check our Facebook page regularly as we want to keep connected to you and your children.
